Lovely photo and I am rather envious, the fox found his way in despite our electric fencing and took all our layers a few weeks back. Now we only have the duck eggs and odd Polish Bantem. Keep yours safe! Thanks for linking up
We’ve been really lucky so far and have managed to stay under the fox radar. There is a chicken farm about a mile up the road, so maybe they are getting well enough fed there!
What a lovely photo – and handling those eggs so carefully.
What a lovely thing for them to experience, very lucky. Beautiful photo and beautiful children!
Popping over from Country Kids
Thank you so much
How cute is that photo! Your very lucky to get fresh eggs. It’s great to see kids getting to know where their food comes from.
Thank you, we do love our fresh eggs. They are terrific layers and eating them when they have just been laid is brilliant
We used to have chickens and I miss them a lot. Might have to send the OH on a trip to the animal shop again……..Popping over from Country Kids
I do love having fresh eggs. They are funny old birds too and keep us amused with their antics!
